bihun sup ayam

bahan-bahan::

bahan tumisan>

1 labu bawag merah (mayang)
4 ulas bawang putih (mayang)
1batang kulit kayu manis
2 bunga lawang
1 rempah sup bunjut
2 sudu besar black paper(lada hitam)-tumbuk
1labu bawang merah -tumbuk
3 ketul bawang putih -tumbuk
minyak untuk menumis




bahan2 lain>>

400 gram ayam potong kecik-kecik
1 batang carrot(lobak merah)
3 biji kentang (potong dadu)
sedikit perasa ayamatau stok ayam
garam secukup rasa

yang penting sekali

1 paket bihun yang direbus sehingga lembut, toskan dan letak dalam bekas hidangan.


bahan kuah kicap>

1 mangkuk kicap
10-15 bijicili api yang dikisar
1 sudu besar gula
1/2 sudu besar garam
1 biji limau nipis
campur kan kesemuanya dalam mangkuk kicap tadi....


cara-caranya::

1)panas kan kuali dan tuang minyak..biar panas seketika, tumis bahan-bahan tumisan hingga naik bau..
2)masukkan ayam dan gaul sebati,kemudian masukkan carrot dan kentang..
3)masukkan 5 cawan air.
4)masukkan serbuk perasa dan garam
5)biar sehingga mendidih dan kentang dan carrot empuk
6)suup dah pun masak
7)bolehla dimakan bersama bihun yang telah trsedia
8)hiaskan dengan daun sup dan cili merah

walla! siap suda!!

nk tanya korang penah makan x PELANDUK ???? atau korang sendiri tak pasti tentang rupa bentuk pelanduk?





ok, pelanduk boleh di makan.. daging dia mmg sangat manis..(my parent said) sbb akupun xmkn pelanduk niy.. sbb kesian..





dan resepi niy bukan lah resepi aku. tapi resepi diambil dr PUAN ZAIYATI ABDUL WAHAB a.k.a my mom..


kalau korang masih ragu2 lagi dengan rupa paras cik pelanduk niy... meh aku tunjuk kan...

rasepinya::


1 ekor pelanduk..(di siang,dicuci dan kemudian cuci dengan garam dan limau,biar 20minit sebelum bilas)
4biji kentang
2 peket rempah serbuk kari daging
santan
4sudu besar kerisik
garam secukup rasa


bahan tumis::
4 labu bawang merah dimayang
1 labu bwang putih dimayang
1 inci halia dihiris
kulit kayu mais
bunga lawang
minyak masak


bahan blend/kisar::
1 labu bawang merah
6 ketul bawang putih
1 inci halia


bahanhiasan::
daun sup dan bawang goreng


cara-caranya-->>


panaskan kuali dan minyak masak.


1) tumis bahan2 tumis hingga naik bau(harum ye bukan hangit)


2)kemudian, masukkan bahan2 yang di blend tadi.. kacau hingga garing..


3)masukkan daging pelanduk dan biar kecut.. (tumisan meresap dalam daging)
   tuang setengah cawan air..


4)masukkan santan dan kentang.. biarkan sehingga kentang empuk..


5)setelah kentang empuk,masukkan garam..biar mendidih dan buih2 halus hilang...


6)boleh lah dihidang kan bersama bhn2 hiasan..


++hidangan untuk 6 orang dewasa++

20hari demam selesema

salam,

masuk hari niy genap 20hari aku selesema..xtahu dah nk mengubat nya.. kali ni aku cuba hindari dari mkn panadok dn ubat2 farmasi yg lain2.. sebab nya sejarah hidup aku memang asalbsakit je mkn  ubat...

dan aku ambil keputusan mulai tahun ni aku nk kurang kn pengambilan ubat2 ubatan farmasi. aku takut nnti bdn aku kebah ubatan plak..

perasaan tyme selesemammg len mcm aku xbleh tension or kelamkabut sgt t bertambah2 aku bersin.. ayah aku ckp kena tenang,baru selesema tu reda... 

hmm,, isnin depan aku nk sart praktikal dah... mcm ne kalau selesema n taksembuh lagi .. aku risau sangat.. macam ne niy???

1. People who point at their wrist asking for the time... I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?

2. People who are willing to get off their a** to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually.

3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn Right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?

4. When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they?

5. When people say while watching a film, "did ya see that?" No Loser, I paid $12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor!

6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?"... Didn't give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

7. When something is 'new and improved'. Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.

 cutikali niy aku n amir pegi jenjalan mendaki dan errekriasi ke RUMAH API tanjung tuan, MELAKA.. memulakan pendakian lewat petang,berakhir senja.. syok sgt..pemandangan yg sangat2 indah kat puncak pumah api tu...walaupun letih mendaki,tapi bila sampai kt puncak.. it so amazing! its worth it... kebetulan mase sampai kt puncak hampir2 senja dan matahari pun nk terbena..syok sgt dpt tgok laut terbentang luas dari tempat tinggi...
